If the plane is parked on the airport tarmac, you will be transferred from the plane (if available) to a private vehicle. This transfer will take you to the airport terminal in complete safety and convenience. If you have any specific needs, please let us know in advance so that we can organize a transfer tailored to your needs.

Nous n'avons pas réservé nos vols par le biais d'une agence de voyage. Pouvons- nous quand même avoir accès à ce service ?
Evidemment le service est disponible pour tous les clients voyageant sur les compagnies Saudia Airlines, Qatar Airways ainsi que All Nippon Airways.
Comment réserver et procéder au service ?
Il vous suffit de nous transmettre via notre site internet votre itinéraire de vol et les informations relatives à votre carte de crédit. Nous vous enverrons une confirmation indiquant que nous avons tout reçu.
Combien de temps à l'avance devons-nous réserver le service ?
Le service doit être réservé au moins 48 heures avant l'heure de votre voyage (départ ou arrivée dans le fuseau horaire local). Afin que nous puissions préparer et assurer un service de bonne qualité.
Quelle est la politique d'annulation ?
Notre politique est assez simple: Si vous annulez notre service dans les 48 heures précédant le voyage international, vous serez également facturé dans son intégralité.
